Windhoeker Maschinenfabrik (WMF) secured a contract to construct a fence around the Ndonga Linena agricultural project. This agricultural project forms part of the Namibian governments Green Scheme Projects. The green scheme policy of the government offers potentials to expand and increase production of food under irrigation and thus contributing to food security.

Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry of Namibia (MAWF), contracted WMF to supply and construction a 1, 8 meter high fence for a total of 13, 5 kilometers in length around the Ndonga Linena Agricultural Project in the Kavango Region as part of the MAWF action plan to protect crops and infrastructure at the project site
