Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry (MAWF), yet again contracted Windhoeker Maschinenfabrik (WMF) with another fencing project to supply and construction of a 1, 8 meter high fence for a total of 13, 5 kilometers in length around the Sikondo Agricultural Project in the Kavango Region as part of the MAWF action plan to protect crops and infrastructure at the project site.

Sikondo agricultural project, some 10 KM outside Rundu, also forms part of the Governments Green Scheme. The Sikondo project fence was completed in February 2011.
